INFLATION. The World suffers from a gradual fall in the value of money called INFLATION. Over 30 years the USA dollar has fallen by about 80% and other currencies are similar. Part of this is greed by business constantly raising prices for more profit. Our solution is to change tax to two rates.
One tax rate is for example 5% less than the other. IF that person or large business does NOT raise their prices by more than the government stated target inflation rate. Whether the business charged by the hour or for goods, they can calculate and audit their prices. IF the target inflation rate is below 2% that tax year initially, and they raise prices by 1%, then they pay the lower tax rate, a saving of say 5%. Slowly but surely price rises can be curtailed and money will once more become a true exchange of value medium, which was its orginal purpose. Those with money in the bank will no longer lose their savings through the steady erosion of value by inflation. The target inflation rate can be lowered to zero over say 5 years, with the two tax rates remaining. Because you cannot force business how much to charge only encourage them with this tax saving benefit if they do as we wish.
WORLD ENERGY. It changes but currently world energy is a 6 trillion dollar business. Humanity cannot exist without some energy and its use of fossil fuels may destroy the World. See Scientific American magazine and their article on the probable rise of oceanic bacteria Hydrogen Sulphide as sea ocean temperature rises. And possible destruction of all life!
Our solution is to place solar panel energy systems in geostationary orbit around the SUN. Or mirrors that focus light to heat a turbine generator. The electricity is then beamed in relay and software controlled by electromagnetic radio waves. To more geostationary tranceivers around the Earth for downward transmission to each country and their electric grid.
The SUN produces about 386 billion million gigawatts of energy into space. A fission nuclear reactor generates about 1 gigawatt. Global energy consumption is about a few thousand gigawatts. Just a very small amount of the Sun's energy falls on the Earth. About a hundredth of a millionth of a percent. But if all this were captured, then this Sun energy every minute is sufficient to power human energy for a whole year. Even with billions more robots, computers and other power machines, our new solar energy system can give all the clean energy the World needs, for the next 2 or 3 billion years. Until the Sun burns out.
WORLD WATER. Reports are clear. In the USA, India, Australia and elsewhere too, the ground water levels have fallen and rainfall is becoming less. And this is where World food crops are grown. Starvation may increase across the world. We have devised three simple solutions.
1. Educate girls and women because this has been shown to reduce numbers of children. The world human population has become too large and birth rate averages must reduce, particularly where countries have averages over 2 per family.
2. Stop global warming which is changing weather patterns. Save forests, plant more trees, use clean energy, save energy and everything else recommended.
3. INCREASE WATER where food production occurs, to raise ground level stores and give sufficient crop water irrigation. This can be done in two ways.
3 -1. Take 10% or 20% of water from major rivers, before it reaches the oceans, and pipe it where needed. Through existing underground rivers, new excavated canals or pipes.
3 - 2. CREATE RAINFALL. See below.
CREATE RAINFALL where needed to grow food. Here's how to do it. In 1892 Nikola Tesla observed a flash of lightning followed by rainfall. He would not know exactly what or how and nor do most human scientists, so we will try to explain briefly what can be done.
Very simply, a water molecule is oxygen and two hydrogen atoms. The electrons are positioned in a moving matrix. By adding electrons as with lightning, some electrons are added and some are displaced in the atmospheric water molecules. Now positive and negative ionic molecules can pair. As the water molecular mass density increases per unit of spacetime volume, more gravitation wave vectors can and do intersect the water molecular pairings. Gravitational attraction is then sufficient to start mutual force field attraction with the Earth for the suspended floating atmospheric water molecules. The water molecules fall towards the Earth. They join others and small drops grow. Rainfall is then the outcome.
Lightning is powerful and has billions of electrons. But there is another form of energy which can achieve the same effects as above. Each water oxygen and hydrogen atom has a particular known energy frequency for its orbital matrix energy position. This is a known energy frequency. This can be transmitted by radio waves at each of the several electron frequencies for oxygen and hydrogen in multifrequency pulsed repeated radiowave transmissions. The more power used the better. Ideally the radio waves are beamed from ground or sea vertically and in a direction, dependent on wind speed, to create the above effect and rainfall at ground level where required.
