We the people believe in democracy. The decision to live in a free and peaceful world where laws are made in accordance with the wishes of the people.

  Where Truth, Wisdom, Knowledge and Justice are used to make those laws.

  Where our elected representatives carry out their duties fairly, honestly and trying their best to comply with all the above.

  Yet the human mind cannot know everything. So we constantly try to learn more and evolve our minds to work better. All of the above is possible.

  So how does The People's Party help our country and the world?

  We know that many mistakes have been made by the existing political parties. Here is how we will change everything for the better.

  Politics is a form of organisation and a business. The UK National Health Service is one of the world's largest businesses. Who owns it should not stop it being run by people who are trained, proven experts in the management of finance, training, equipment, human relations and all the other techniques for a successful world class business employing tens of thousands of people and providing a successful medical service. Taxation and public finance requires true experts.

  We the people may have our own ideas and experts may disagree. But scientific tests have shown the ability of many minds working together can produce the most correct answers. So we need a system to bring together all the minds of the people. And votes to be taken regularly by all the people on what we the people wish. And trained experts in organisational business management to make the ideas work.

  Using the power of the internet plus postal voting and information on the questions and suggested answers will enable this idea to work.

  From the elected representatives the people will choose who will be a government minister and the various chief executives placed in charge of operating each ministry. These chief executives will have a full advisory board. All chosen for their knowledge and skill in each department's field.

 Initially The People's Party may use elected representatives from other parties to become government ministers, chosen by the people in a vote. This would allow the People's Party to become the new government. We could have some excellent people who are chosen from any of the main political parties, to form a new coalition of political minds who would agree to work together for the country.

  While many elected representatives may not have the managerial experience to run a large government department, this work would be undertaken by the appointed chief executive of proven ability and their board of advisers. Immediately improving the proper working of government.

  The failures of successive governments, fixated on a narrow idealogical idea would be ended. A communal system of collective minds working for the People and the Country would slowly take its place. All of the people can suggest ideas. Experts can comment and improve ideas. Working together the evolution of the human mind of the people and the success of the country for prosperity, jobs, health, education and respect for the law can be improved.

  The power of millions of minds working as one together, will accelerate our progress and success.

  All the People are automatically members of the People's Party. This experiment is a New Democracy in practice and progress. For a goal of a better country and a better world. For the people and by the people. Together as one.
